We are delighted to announce that the quality of Green & Fortune’s catering at Kings Place has been recognised at the recent London Venue Awards, where we won ‘Best Catering at a Venue’.
The judges commented that they were particularly impressed with our ‘Gate to Plate’ ethos which focusses on our own farm, onsite hanging room and butcher. They also liked the flexibility offered to clients by our food stalls concept as part of our day delegate package, which steps away from the traditional fork buffet to deliver greater variety to delegates.
Kings Place Events was also acknowledged for its private dining spaces as we received a mark of excellence in the ‘Best Private Dining Venue’ category. The award recognised our newest space, The Gallery Room which offers private dining for up to 40 guest, as well as the 30 seater private dining room in our Rotunda Bar and Restaurant. Judges’ feedback specifically noted the dedication of the team to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention from enquiry to delivery.
The London Venue Awards, now in their second year were presented across 19 categories on 14th October, following a judging process carried out by a panel of over 30 outstanding representatives with expertise from all facets of the industry.
In 2015 Kings Place was awarded ‘Best Conference Venue’ at the inaugural London Venue Awards, having built on this by winning a different category and being awarded a mark of excellence this year demonstrates how the Kings Place Events team is growing from strength to strength.
