Green & Fortune Café

Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset

The Green & Fortune Café sits in the atrium of Kings Place, and offers something a little more informal than the restaurant. With a range of fresh sandwiches, homemade cakes, hot food, salads and hand-roasted coffee it has become the perfect stop for locals wanting freshly made and regularly changing product, served with a smile by an independent retailer. Like the Rotunda, the café makes use of Green & Fortune’s farm, with succulent cuts of beef and lamb a regular feature at its ever-popular hot carvery station, underlining the provenance of our products.

Managed by Dale Campbell customer service is delivered with a lively and friendly energy which customers love and sets us apart from our corporate neighbours. To keep our sandwich range exciting our chefs change the menu on a fortnightly basis, allowing customers greater variety than our rivals. We focus on what we do differently to our competitors on the high street, and the opportunity our independence affords us to provide constantly changing menus for our customers.

Weekly pop-ups form a key part of the café’s calendar, offering a great way to showcase new and popular products, seasonal promotions and to interact with customers. Whether that is meeting our head baker on tips for cakes, or seeing Claus our butcher making the next morning’s breakfast sausage!
