Dining

Quality food is simply a devotion to seasonal, local produce and meticulous care in bringing it to life on the plate.

Exciting Cuisine

Classic British cooking with a modern twist.

Our expertise lies in the ability to create modern, exciting plates of food that aren’t over complicated, allowing classic flavours and elegant pairings to shine. Our team of chefs across all of our restaurants, have strong relationships with sustainable, independent British suppliers allowing the freshest, most seasonal produce onto our menus.

Whether it be through our restaurant or private dining menus, we have experience in crafting a wide range of options for guests, dependent on both occasion and budget, from lunch and early evening menus designed around speed, to extravagant tasting menus.

Staff & Training

We work tirelessly to ensure that our staff truly make the difference to our guests experience.

At any one point in time, we aim to ensure that all waiting staff and chefs have visited our farm in Northumberland or are scheduled to visit within the next few months. Team trips are regularly taken to our coffee supplier’s roastery, our bakery, as well as the vineyards of our best wines. This makes sure that every member of the team is highly knowledgeable about our product range, and motivated to discuss these with customers having had the benefit of seeing it first-hand.

Unpretentious & approachable

Despite an offering of the highest quality, we work hard to exude an unpretentious and approachable atmosphere. From unintimidating interiors to accessible menus, we’re proud that whilst we take what we do tremendously seriously, we never take ourselves too seriously.

Across all of our sites, whilst we follow a similar ethos, we have very different dining experiences, which allows our chefs the freedom to create menus that work for their customers.
