Green & Fortune has posted record revenues in June 2015, with like for like sales up 44% against the previous year and 26% up on the company’s previous best month.
Kings Place Events – the corporate events arm of Green & Fortune – enjoyed their best month since opening in 2008, beating the previous highpoint by 30% and beating June 2014 by an outstanding 50%. A key contribution to this growth was first class yield management by the Kings Place Events sales team which meant that not a single business day was left unsold.
On the retail side of the business, Rotunda – boosted by a targeted sales and marketing campaign towards private bookings and summer parties – enjoyed notable results, with sales up 22% year-on-year. The Green & Fortune Café, which sits in the atrium of Kings Place, posted a 10% improvement on like for like sales against 2014.
Commenting on the results, CEO John Nugent said.
“Overall, June’s results shows the expertise that Green & Fortune has at every level. From timely, targeted marketing campaigns beginning months – and sometimes years – in advance, to a sales team fluent in first class yield management, we are immensely proud of what we have managed to achieve in June, and see it as a sign of bigger things to come.”
