Case Study:
Rotunda Restaurant

Rotunda Bar and Restaurant is situated overlooking the Regent’s Canal, with its curved bar moving round to a 65 cover restaurant and 30 cover Private Dining Room. We focus here on the meat from our own farm, served in a modern British way. Despite opening against a backdrop of harsh economic conditions, Rotunda Restaurant has seen continued commercial success.  Pivotal to this success has been the continued targeting and refining of its key activities, through innovation and development of the core products.

Summer has been a key focus given the waterside location and expansive terrace, having grown our summer business by more than 25% over the last 4 years through defined summer pop ups such as the Great British Summer, Ahoy Summer, the Waterside Garden in conjunction with Perrier-Joüet and most recently the Tulum Terrace with Indie brands.

Private dining and exclusive hires have also become a key part of the Rotunda strategy, with sales in this area constituting more than 20% of total sales.
