We’re delighted that Kings Place Events has been awarded the Best Conference Venue accolade at the 2018 Hire Space Awards. Kings Place Events was one of three venues shortlisted for the category alongside The Barbican and The Southbank Centre. The Best Conference Venue award came under the Most Popular Section of the shortlist.
Kings Place Events was also shortlisted for two other categories, Best All Round Use of Technology and our very own Head of Events Rachael Hulme for the Unsung Hero award. Sea Containers Events was shortlisted for Best Private Dining.
The Hire Space Awards celebrate the best of the events industry by recognising and rewarding hard working, innovative and forward-thinking venues and event bookers from across the UK.

2018 marks the second year of the Hire Space Awards and the first time Kings Place Events has been crowed a winner of one.
Judges commented that Kings Place was commended this year above many other outstanding Hire Space venues for one key reason: Its outstanding client service. Judges noted that “service is clearly paramount at this venue, from recruitment and induction process to operational planning – everything is designed to put the customer first”.
