GREEN & FORTUNE BRINGS HOME TWO AWARDS AT THE FOODSERVICE CATEYS

We are delighted to have won, not one, but two categories at The Foodservice Cateys, which took place on the evening of Friday 13th October!

Green & Fortune scooped the awards for Boutique Caterer of the Year and Event Caterer of the Year.

Judges called Green & Fortune unique and brilliant and recognised a nimble and reactive approach to clients, impressive ESG commitments and also commended our sensitive approach to supporting staff with the cost of living crisis.

In regards to the Event Caterer of the Year category, judges were impressed by the expertise shown in delivering outstanding events and commented that Green & Fortune maximised our multi venue offerings to attract a range of clients while also supporting an array of industry charities.

Both awards recognise our work across all four sites in which Green & Fortune operate and celebrates the success we have seen in re-building operations since the pandemic and hard work the team have put into the day-today operations and wider company goals and achievements.

Green & Fortune was also shortlisted for a third award, with marketing manager Alice King being nominated in the Rising Star category which highlights the fantastic work of those just starting their careers in the industry.

The Foodservice Cateys celebrates the individuals, teams and businesses shaping the foodservice industry. Now in their tenth year, the Foodservice Cateys recognise the people working tirelessly to make sure their business delivers an exceptional service day in, day out, creating memorable experiences for their guests and supporting their colleagues to succeed.

Green & Fortune last won the Boutique Caterer of the Year category back in 2019, before the pandemic, so it is great to be recognised for this once again. This award is open to a foodservice business with a turnover of less than £20m, winners must demonstrate the delivery of fresh innovation, adaptation to change and value to clients and customers alongside evident commercial success over the last 12 months.
