We’re delighted to have been included for the first time in the AlixPartners Foodservice Growth Report.
Green & Fortune were named top 20 list that is released annually and charts the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of catering companies over three years, based on statutory accounts. Our CAGR of 6.3% meant that we were ranked as 14th in the list.
This is great recognition of Green & Fortune’s presence and growth in the industry, especially as one of the smallest operators in the list both in terms of turnover and number of sites.
We have seen great commercial success in the last number of years but the last 12 months has seen some of our best trading ever, across both of our sites, with record breaking months, revenues, customers and growth. This has been recognised by a number of industry accolades, including being named Boutique Caterer of the Year at the Foodservice Cateys and ‘Best Catering Team’ and ‘Best in-house Caterer’ at the London Catering Awards.
The recognition by these awards is great testament to our dedication to ‘People, Product and Personality’, values that run through every department and our day-to-day approach to hospitality.
After 11 years in operation Green & Fortune is still very much a youthful and energetic organisation continually looking to innovate our operations and make a significant difference to the environments in which we work.
