Green & Fortune scoop Front of House Team of the Year award at The Foodservice Cateys

Green & Fortune picked up a coveted Foodservice Catey at Friday night’s celebration of hospitality and catering excellence. 

The independent caterer won the Front of House Team of the Year award in recognition of its outstanding service delivery, excellent client and guest communications and its relentless pursuit to modernise service and guest experiences for a new audience demographic. 

Green & Fortune recognises its people are one of its biggest assets and through a strong people-centric culture has created initiatives and programmes to ensure everyone is rewarded and recognised for their commitment to the company. Its Green & Fortune Supports programme, founded two years ago, was initially launched to help its employees and those who had been displaced during the pandemic. In the past two weeks the company has announced that through the Green & Fortune Supports programme, additional payments are to be made to assist the 200 strong team through the current adverse economic climate. 

Friday’s win is the seventh of the prestigious Food Service Catey awards that Green & Fortune has won since 2008. In previous years the company has won Retail and Leisure Caterer of the Year, Event Caterer of the Year, Boutique Caterer of the Year, Chef of the Year, Salesperson of the Year and Catering Manager of the Year.   

Green & Fortune operates some of the capital’s most prestigious retail and event sites and has gained a reputation as the go to operator with a forward-thinking stance on guest and dining experiences. The company is also shortlisted at the upcoming London Venue awards in five categories including Best Catering Team, Best Event Venue and Best Venue with a View.  John Nugent, Chief Executive of Green & Fortune, said: “What a fantastic team achievement!
