The inaugural London Catering Awards took place on Friday 4th October and we’re delighted to have won two golds and a bronze award for the three categories we were shortlisted in!
Green & Fortune were awarded the top accolade in ‘Best Catering Team’ for our teamwork across both sites. While we also received the gold award for ‘Best in-house Caterer’ for our operations at Sea Containers.
As well as these two golds, we are also proud to have brought home the bronze award for ‘Best Event Caterer’, recognising the commitment shown to delivering innovative catering across hundreds of events for both Kings Place Events and Sea Containers Events.
The London Catering Awards ceremony was followed by the London Venue Awards, where we also picked up a bronze for Kings Place Events for ‘Best Conference Venue – over 400 theatre style’ and Sea Containers Events was a finalist in the ‘Best Summer Party Venue’ category.
The recognition by these awards is great testament to our dedication to ‘People, Product and Personality’, values that run through every department and our day-to-day approach to hospitality.
The London Catering Awards were launched this year to celebrate and champion pioneering, creative and outstanding catering in the capital, they reflect and celebrate the diversity, versatility, creativity, artistry and professionalism that are so evident in modern catering.
The London Venue Awards recognise excellence and exceptional achievement by venues in London. Consisting of 18 categories; each submission must prove qualitative and quantitative standards along with client commendations and have earned a stellar reputation from event buyers and influencers.
Both awards are organised by the Global Conference Network, entries are judged by an independent panel of industry leaders in the world of catering, hospitality, meetings, conferences and events in London.
