London’s best connected venue is targeting the international market with map highlighting location at the heart of London’s growing industries.
Kings Place Events is due to exhibit at IBTM World in Barcelona for the first time on 29th November-1st December. As part of our focus to raise the international profile of not only Kings Place but also King’s Cross as a destination, we have released our own London map, demonstrating why Kings Place is London’s best connected venue at the exhibition.
The map highlights the development of King’s Cross as a go-to destination and its location at the intersection of London’s creative, tech, finance and life science hubs. We’ve always been very proud of Kings Place being one of the first new developments in the regeneration of King’s Cross, when Kings Place opened in 2008 it was hard to imagine King’s Cross as it is today.
Within 1 mile of King’s Cross Station:
17 cultural institutions
21 museums and galleries
29 libraries and archives
Over 50 hotels
Over 150 restaurants
King’s Cross is rapidly becoming a destination for tech, creative and music enterprises with increasing numbers of international organisations moving their headquarters to the area. With an emerging new foodie scene, high-profile retail brands and excellent transport connections – both national and international – it’s both a practical and fashionable location to hold a business event.
Exhibiting at IBTM World with London and Partners is just one element of Kings Place Events’ focus to raise its international profile, as the exhibition marks the end of a busy year after also exhibiting at The Meetings Show London, IMEX Frankfurt and Las Vegas also with London and Partners.
