A Multi-Award-Winning Year for Green & Fortune 2023
We’re proud to share that 2023 has been a landmark year for Green & Fortune, with multiple awards recognising the quality, creativity and consistency of our hospitality across venues, events and catering.
Across the Foodservice Cateys and the London Venue & Catering Awards, Green & Fortune and our venues were recognised for excellence at every level – from large-scale catering operations to versatile event spaces and standout venue experiences.
Caterer of the Year and Foodservice Cateys Success
At the 2023 London Venue & Catering Awards, Green & Fortune was awarded Gold for Caterer of the Year, recognising excellence in operations and delivery across our entire portfolio.
This followed a double win at the Foodservice Cateys earlier in the year, where we were named both Boutique Caterer of the Year and Event Caterer of the Year. These awards celebrate not just what we deliver, but how we do it — with creativity, care and a strong sense of purpose.
Judges at the London Venue & Catering Awards commented on our “diverse and organised operation, strong innovation for good, client-centric approach and a company ethos that combines scale with entrepreneurial flair.” The Foodservice Cateys judges described Green & Fortune as “unique and brilliant”, highlighting our nimble approach to clients, our ESG commitments and the way we’ve supported our teams through the cost-of-living crisis.
Recognition Across Our Venues
Alongside company-wide awards, we were delighted to see recognition across the Green & Fortune venue portfolio.
At the Conference & Events Awards, Kings Place Events received a Bronze award for Most Versatile Venue, followed later in the year by a Silver award for Best Conference Venue at the London Venue & Catering Awards. These accolades reflect the flexibility of the venue and the strength of the partnership between Green & Fortune and the Kings Place Music Foundation.
Our South Bank venues also featured strongly. Rose Court Events and Sea Containers Events were shortlisted across several categories, including Best Venue with a View, Best Summer Party Venue and Best New or Refurbished Venue. Rose Court Events went on to secure Silver for Best New or Refurbished Venue, standing out in a highly competitive field.
A Reflection of Our Values
These awards are a reflection of the collective effort of our teams across kitchens, events, front of house, operations and support roles. From delivering outstanding events and catering experiences to investing in sustainability, innovation and people, the recognition reinforces our belief that great hospitality is built on strong values as much as strong performance.
Being named Caterer of the Year and recognised across multiple venues is something we’re incredibly proud of — and it motivates us to keep raising the bar as we move forward.
