Strengthening Our Leadership Team for the Next Chapter
At Green & Fortune, our people have always been at the heart of what we do. As we continue to grow and evolve across our London venues, we’re pleased to share a number of senior leadership updates that support our next chapter.
We’re delighted to welcome Dan Rampat to Green & Fortune as Chef Director, and to see Emma Williams step into a newly created Director role focused on Business Development. These appointments build on the recent arrival of Sarah Miller as Managing Director and reflect our ongoing commitment to investing in talent, creativity and long-term growth.
Shaping Our Culinary Direction
Dan joins Green & Fortune with more than 20 years of experience across high-end events, contract catering and entrepreneurial food ventures. Most recently, Group New Business and Innovation Chef at Lexington Catering, Dan has a strong track record of creating distinctive food concepts that balance creativity with commercial success. His career also includes founding Peng Kitchen and working with The Future Plate to champion African and Caribbean cuisines.
Dan’s appointment strengthens our culinary leadership at a time when food continues to play a central role in the experiences we create across all our venues.
“It’s an exciting time to be joining Green & Fortune,” says Dan. “The company has such a strong reputation for high-quality food and service in some of London’s most impressive spaces. I’m looking forward to working with the team to shape our culinary direction and continue to elevate what we offer across the business.”
Building on Experience from Within
Emma has been part of the Green & Fortune journey since 2011 and has played a key role in our growth from a single site to a multi-venue hospitality business. Moving from her role as Chief Operating Officer into a new Director position focused on Business Development, Emma will draw on her deep operational knowledge to help expand our client base and footprint, while continuing to champion the culture and values that define Green & Fortune.
“I’m delighted that this new role gives me the opportunity to continue my journey with Green & Fortune with a fresh challenge,” Emma says. “The balance of my experience and understanding of the business, alongside the experience and perspective that Sarah brings, puts us in a strong position to build on what we’ve already achieved and share the diversity of what we do.”
A Leadership Team Aligned for Growth
Our Managing Director, Sarah Miller, adds: “I’m delighted to welcome Dan to Green & Fortune. His creativity and ambition will play an important role as we continue to evolve and elevate our food offering. These leadership changes mark an exciting moment for the business, and I’m looking forward to working closely with the senior team as we shape what comes next.”
Founder and CEO John Nugent comments: “This focused senior team gives us real momentum as we look ahead. Emma’s contribution to Green & Fortune’s growth is widely recognised and I’m incredibly grateful for all that has been achieved to date. With Sarah in role and the energy and drive Dan brings, we’re exceptionally well positioned for the next phase of our development.”
Looking Ahead
These leadership updates come at a time of continued momentum for Green & Fortune. Revenues have doubled over the past two years, with double-digit growth forecast for the current financial year. That performance reflects the dedication of our teams and our ongoing investment in people, innovation and the guest experience.
As we move forward, this strengthened leadership team will play a key role in shaping how Green & Fortune continues to grow—delivering thoughtful hospitality, exceptional food and memorable experiences across some of London’s most iconic spaces.
