Green & Fortune’s St Patrick’s Day Celebration Raises £85,000 for Two Charities

We were delighted to welcome the return of our annual St Patrick’s Day Lunch to Kings Place on Friday 13 March 2026, raising an incredible £85,000 for Hospitality Action and The London Irish Centre.

The event brought together more than 220 guests from across the hospitality industry and London’s Irish community for an afternoon of celebration, connection and fundraising. Since launching in 2019, the lunch has grown year on year, continuing to unite the industry in support of two charities that provide vital support to hospitality workers and the Irish community in London.

Fundraising on the day included a raffle, online auction and live auction, with guests generously supporting a range of prizes. Auction lots included a luxury London weekend at 47 Park Street, Mayfair, a weekend trip to Paris and hospitality tickets to see Harry Styles live at Wembley Stadium, among others.

The afternoon concluded in true St Patrick’s Day style with live music and a traditional sing along, bringing guests together for a shared moment of celebration while reinforcing the purpose at the heart of the event.

Supporting Hospitality Action and The London Irish Centre

Funds raised from the event support two organisations doing essential work within our communities.

Hospitality Action provides vital assistance to people working across the hospitality industry, offering financial support, mental health services and practical help to those facing hardship. From crisis grants to wellbeing programmes, their work ensures that hospitality professionals have somewhere to turn when they need it most.

The London Irish Centre plays a central role in supporting London’s Irish community, providing cultural connection, advice services and community programmes. Its work spans everything from welfare support and housing advice to social initiatives that help combat isolation and bring people together.

Since its inception, the St Patrick’s Day Lunch has now raised more than £355,000 for charitable causes. It remains a key part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the hospitality industry and the communities we are part of.
