We are delighted to unveil the 2026 summer terrace at Rotunda Bar & Restaurant, our King’s Cross based restaurant, created in partnership with English sparkling wine producer Roebuck Estates.
Set alongside the canal in King’s Cross, the terrace has been reimagined as an English garden in the heart of the city. Developed in collaboration with Global Generation, the space is filled with florals and planting, bringing a sense of the British countryside into this vibrant London setting. It is a space designed to feel considered yet relaxed, offering a natural destination for long lunches, after work drinks and summer celebrations.
A celebration of English wine and seasonality
Our partnership with Roebuck Estates is rooted in a shared commitment to provenance, seasonality and craft. Roebuck’s vintage sparkling wines, made from estate grown fruit across the South of England, sit at the heart of the terrace experience, served by the glass and bottle and reflected throughout a new cocktail menu centred on English ingredients.
The English Garden cocktail list, created in collaboration with Roebuck Estates, celebrates British grown fruits, vegetables and herbs at their seasonal best. Guided by a grass to glass approach, the menu brings a fresh perspective to summer drinking, with many cocktails incorporating Roebuck sparkling wines.
Standout serves include the Mint & Raspberry, combining raspberry gin, mint shrub and Roebuck Rosé de Noirs, the Strawberry & Gooseberry, pairing strawberry vodka and gooseberry cordial with Roebuck Classic Cuvée, and the Pea & Beetroot, a more savoury serve blending pea vodka, beetroot and Roebuck Rosé de Noirs. A selection of low and no alcohol cocktails ensures the offer remains inclusive and considered.
From garden to plate
At Rotunda, provenance continues through to the plate. Our seasonal all day menu reflects our gate to plate ethos, with beef and lamb sourced from our own farm in Northumberland, creating a direct connection between field and kitchen and a menu shaped by seasonality and quality ingredients.
Summer terrace experiences
The terrace brings together English sparkling wine and seasonal dishes through a series of curated experiences designed for sharing and occasion led moments.
Guests can begin with a glass of Roebuck Classic Cuvée and three freshly shucked oysters for £19.50. A bar platter for four with a bottle of Roebuck is available at £125, while the signature experience features a seafood platter for four, including 12 oysters and 12 chalk stream trout blinis, served with two bottles of Roebuck Classic Cuvée, priced at £200.
As part of English Sparkling Wine Week, Rotunda will host a ticketed supper club on Wednesday 24 June, featuring a four-course tasting menu paired with Roebuck Estates wines and a guided tasting, priced at £85 per person.
Celebrations continue throughout June with a dedicated Roebuck wine flight, featuring Roebuck Classic Cuvée, Rosé and a Strawberry & Gooseberry cocktail, available for £25 per person.
